Scope of License:
This agreement grants you, the user, a non-exclusive right to utilize Unshift's software to create and develop new templates.
License Details:
Number of End Products: You are permitted to produce an unlimited number of end products.
Personal or Client Use: You may use our software for personal projects or on behalf of a client.
Free and Commercial Use: You are allowed to use our software in both free and commercial end products.
Generators/UI Libraries: The use of our software in generators or UI libraries, developing a new editor or component library, downloading all UI components from Unshift, and redistributing them as your own product are expressly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability:
Unshift shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Unshift has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the software or any services provided through it; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iii) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (iv) any other matter relating to the software or the services.
