We want you to feel confident when purchasing Unshift Premium. If it doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee on all Premium purchases.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request is made within 30 days of purchase.
- You have not downloaded your app as a ZIP export.
- You have not accessed the GitHub repository for any of your apps.
If you have used any of the AI credits included with Premium, the refund amount will be reduced by $0.15 per credit used.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@unshift.ai or through our contact page. Please include the email address associated with your Unshift account. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
After Your Refund
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Upon refund, your account will revert to the Free plan and Premium features — including AI credits, unlimited apps, premium blocks, and premium templates — will no longer be available.
